I'd say its a very interesting idea but situational and abit too tanky for early plays I still think that Feral Flare is better item for WW in most cases and in addition with Wit's End the only 2 offensive items needed on him EVER. The way I see WW's main goal is to do max amount of dmg on his every hit and to be able to stay in fight long enough to take advantage of that passive. Botrk>Hydra on WW I think and if you need AOE dmg that's where Iceborn Gauntlet comes in.
