About the buid.
It is a good one but i suggest thinking about that Yoyo. It's already late game, and you dont need the stuff it provides that much anymore. Something with lifesteal would be a good idea imho at this stage.
Razor into TBC = win. But you need to be effective from early game not to get a choke point in build while gathering gold for BF Sword needed to complete TBC.
Also i am not a fan of lvling HC before BS but i think you can do it since you lack AS early game (only razor as AS item).
This is a jungle or lane? If you consider using golem/lizard buffs i HIGHLY suggest taking that 1 point out of menditation and invest into Utility mastery. Or even forget about Havoc and go for 2/2 utility mastery.

1. Q is your best ability, though this is built around buffing ur ult you dont always have it up. Early game poking with it is great because it allows you to be overly agressive without having as much risk as other chars. Mid game it tears up minions and is a great last hit/chase skill.
2. Though you can initiate DONT TRY TO SOLO TEAMS, you are not god and you dont do as much dmg as you think you will get tore up hard, its better to have a team with when you do or wait in the bushes and take them all out.
3. Dont be afraid to use ur life steal, just cuz you drop in health doesnt mean port home. You have life steal...use it, nom some creeps.
