this looks more like a kill steal then a support or defense which i play well so it depends on what u want to be. AP gets money but then later dosent help the team win.

YA need mana for is pasive and so that u dont run out when u need it

So far I like the guide! I use it now, but have only tested against a strict armor build. I might try others later, but for now this is my favorite for singed.

Sorry for the double post but I just thought of this. Sometimes you'll be unable to farm or the game will come to a close too soon. Like a 3v3. Instead of getting the second Staff of the Ages you can just grab a Banshees Veil.

I throw my Mega Adhesive and Fling around enemy creeps to help farm due to having damn near infinite mana. That way you can max out your mana with the Arch Angels Staff.

The only reason you should be getting close enough to melee attack is to get a last hit. Running ahead of your enemy is a sure fire way to max damage output over input.

Awesome build. I tried it out and owned even after a teammate 1. Fed the other team 2. Left because he was getting owned 3. The only other person on my team kept saving the other team by shooting them away from us... >.> I got 12/3 by the end of the game, it was too late for us to fight back because of my teammate who which I mentioned (is Tristana and used her ultimate to push them away) kept saving them and because we had a leaver in early game at like ten minutes. Only thing that it could use is a little more attack speed. I dont really know if that goes good with Singed, but I really do think that with a little more attack speed his melee attacks could help him out a lot since most of the time the enemy will either be running or on low hp. Anyways, awesome build! =^.^= +1!

It seems that MobaFire doesn't put in passive abilities for the calculator. The Strength of Spirit mastery should be giving a lot more HP a second and his unique passive should be giving him health for the mana. Not to mention the Arch Angles Passive wasn't calculated. Freakin' MobaFire.
