You can change the build around a little, for example; if they don't have more than one champion building armor, then you could replace the Last Whisper for a Frozen Mallet. Or if you are having troubles getting gold, I understand that the build is expensive, so you can change it up and build different items earlier. But i do recommend that you get the B.F. Sword as soon as possible otherwise you won't have much damage output.
