I dont think that its best to level up Crushing Blow first for the fact that it adds to your damage and its cooldown isnt much better nor its mana cost than nimbus strike at that level its cooldown only gets better at the 3rd rank but its still not that much better for the mana and it deals more damage per increase than crushing blow which is why i think its better.

I think you should get earlier. And maybe you should write some more about the Items and maybe use some coding (as u did it in Summoner Spells - gj btw agree with all of your arguments).

I used a few different items and combos.
