Introduction
This build is a tanky DPS Wukong. Overall it gives him good survivability all game long with good consistent damage all game. Please try this build before you rate.
Be sure to read the other sections as some parts of this build are interchangeable.
Don't just look at the pictures of the item order and say this build sucks. Read the "Items" section and adapt to what you need for your game. Instructions are there.
This build is not for you if you want to be the main killer on your team every game. You can carry your team with this build but that is not the purpose of it.
A typical game while using this build should be a low/medium number of kills, low deaths, and high assists. You should be looking to help get your team kills while picking up a few along the way.
I have tried DPS Wukong and although the damage per second is greater, I found him to die rather quickly. With this build you will survive MUCH longer. Overall probably doing more damage over time rather than quick burst damage.
Here is the important part.
Doran's shield helps you stay in your lane and farm to get boots + chain vest or negatron cloak on your first trip back. Usually level 6. After your level 1 boots, your next item will be Banshee's Veil or Guardian Angel, it depends on who's in your lane and also what champions the other team has as a whole. You have to decide what is best to get first. Then to get your Merc Treads. From here if you are still taking too much damage pick up a Chain Vest if you got a Banshee first or a Negatron Cloak if you got a Guardian Angel first. If you can survive good in fights, then grab that Black Cleaver for some good damage. From here you either finish your Banshee or GA. Then go for Youmuu's. The 6th item is your decision, get more survivability or more damage.
Summary:
Doran's Shield
lvl 1 boots + Chain Vest or Negatron Cloak
Banshee's Veil or Guardian Angel (see above choice)
Merc Treads
Black Cleaver or Chain Vest or Negatron Cloak (if you got GA u get Cloak/got Banshee get Vest)
Guardian Angel or Banshee's Veil
Youmuu's Ghostblade
Any Item You Want

Get Decoy first. If you walk into 2 people in the brush you can get out relatively unharmed without using your Flash or Exhaust. Maybe they will use their Exhaust or Ignite on your Decoy as well. From here you want to max Q first. It gives decent damage, helps you farm, and helps you bring down towers faster. Ofcourse from here you max you E then your W last.
I'm not sure at what levels you can actually put levels into Q, W, or E. But basically you just want to max Q first then E and W.

With this build you will be able to survive a good amount of time in team fights. Try to sneak your way into fights. Say you see 2 allies and enemy's at mid. Sneak from the side brush and ult them while your teammates pound them. Don't forget that exhaust and it's guaranteed kills.
In a 5v5, your ult helps A LOT. You want to be using it early. You can E + Q a squishy enemy then Ult, or just use your ult right away. With your good survivability you will be able to get your full ult off and be able to clean up the low health enemies that your teammates were hopefully pounding while you were ulting.

With this build it is nearly impossible to go negative unless your team is doing absolutely horrible and feeding. You will survive well in all fights and put out some good damage to squishies and decent damage to tank/tanky champs.
I play Wukong as more of a Tank/Support/Damage Dealer. You get Tank items first, this allows you to take less damage than you deal out in lane phase, even without buying offensive items. Once team fights start you want that Black Cleaver as soon as possible to help bring down their squishy damage dealers. The Support part of him is his ult. It is just great if you can hit all the enemy team and allow time for your team to get some damage in to start the fight. From here you just wail on the squishies and they'll go down fast.
Comments are Votes are appreciated. I just ask that you read the Items, Skill, and Team Work sections and try the build first.
I would like to hear from those of you who have tried this build and how your games went.
