One small thing, I wouldn't recommend buying 
Phage AND The Brutalizer before you get your tier two boots, just taking The Brutalizer and then Phage later is what I would do, because personally I can't stand being slow for that long, but its your choice and its not too big a deal.

This is a good guide, I really like the format and as a fairly good Wukong player I can say that I am a fan of the items. The guide IS a tad short though, I would highly recommend adding in a couple more sections, like maybe a Lane Match-Ups section where you detail how difficulty the various solo top champions are for Wukong. But yeah as I said nice guide, definite +1
