I made this build cause I looked at the other builds and thought they were in lack os sustain, so I made this simple and fast guide that has mostly some builds for wukong top. Once I get votes, I'll try to improve this build and it'll be more detailed. Just try out this build before downvoting, cause I'm sure it's good, you just need to farm.

For Wukong top you can take some combinations of Summoner's Spells, the ones I recommend are: (Flash & Exhaust), (Flash & Ignite), (Ghost & Exhaust), (Exhaust, Ignite). The one good but, I don't like too much are: (Flash % Ghost).

While you're lanning as everyone recommends just try to get most CS you can, and always when you go B and come back just buy some health and mana potions and wards (wards only while you don't have Wringgle's Lantern or if you're pushing too hard). And one IMPORTANT advice, always give gank opportunities to your jungle, once you get more farmed than your laning enemy, you'll rape him!

Maybe if you feel you have enough armor, you can just sell your Wringgle's Lantern and buy a Bloodthister, so you can get more life steal and damage. I made two simillar builds, so the first one is for those game that you need more magic resist than armor, the second one is just the opposal.
