Decent but needs to be updated!

I agree with the mana issue but since you have dorans+Fiendish Codex and mana reg runes you will have pretty much regen. And if you read the guide you will understand why I have Clairvoyance. Like I said in the guide, you should not get it if you have a support but since many normal games lack Clairvoyance and Xerath benefits very much from it since the rage of his ulti there are many vaild reasons to pick it up.

Need more mana in first build+ leave Clairvoyance to the support pls.
