Hmmm... not bad, but a couple of things.

• You have no boots in your first build.
• E>W>Q combo deals a lot more damage than E>Q>W because your W no longer lowers your cooldown. This means if you use your W first you can land your three talon strikes faster and lets it come off cooldown faster.
• Never get Phantom Dancer on Xin, because it makes him way too squishy. The damage boost is nice, but a Trinity Force is much better on xin.

Oh and i just wanted to add. He can jungle with ease. Just go vampiric scepter and start wolves and blue.(he is such a man that he doesn't even need leash) Go standart jungle masteries and for runes go yelow armor and mr/per lv on blues and reds and quints are your choice. I love his ganks and he is exceptional duelist in jungle so you can chase any1 out of your jungle if they try to invade.

This is a fine guide though i would like to give you my recomended build to try. I think this xin you have here is how old xin was played. Now you must build ad but this is just too glass cannon and too late. So you don't have to trust me but try this.
Boots, wriggles and HoG (wriggles only if top facing ad oppponet or jungling, otherwise go for the item that build into mow of maumortius) then rush IE, then vuild randuins and other defense items trust me ie is well enaugh.
