Introduction
Well to all who are just starting out with Talon, here is just a basic guide on how to use him at his full potential. I have a fair amount of skills with Talon and he is my main. Judge this guide at your own will and comment if you want to recommend a change something relating to this build.
This build mainly focuses on how well Talon can lane with others and how he truly shines at a very early stage of the game. I will also talk about the limitations and the how well his skills work in an orderly fashion. This guide is base on my own true experience. Have fun reading!~ :DD
Pros: Great burst damage throughout the whole game
Escape tools
Fantastic ganker
Insane criticals
Ability to shut down AP carry's or other AD's
Decent Sustain
Great throughout the whole game
Cons: Extremely Squishy
Not mana efficient
You get CC'd and it basically spells doom
Mainly targeted if you're fed (Ex. 5/0?)
Cooldown on ulti has been extended unfortunately
The runes I have picked are fairly straight forward. Everything is Attack Damage because why the fuq would you need anything else besides more beef? Except for Greater Quintessence of Desolation. This will ensure maximum harass at early - late game.
Very basic and quite cheap if you save up your IP.

The Messed up build usually wins the match
My mastery page is mainly offensive tactics. You are going to need the maximum damage output as you can get and this is very helpful because when there is someone extremely fed, you will have the ability to shut that champion down. The critical will also be of huge help when you are trying to reach that maximum amount (100%) due to your Infinity Edges. You can basically kill champions with only using your auto attacks. Which I do 70% of the time.

Now for items. LOL many people doubt my build will do any help or they may think it is a waste of gold and time to bother with 4 Infinity Edges. Well I say fuq them because I am not aiming for stacks on those bad boys. What I am truly aiming for is the crits and the attack damage, which is very nice. Now once you hit your 3rd Infinity Edge, you are finally upgrading your brutilizer into a ghostblade. This will also give you a nice bonus on cooldown reduction and armor penetration.
Now I will describe each item individually and how they will benefit you.
Doran's Blade: This item will be replaced in the very late game for an Infinity's edge because this item will not be useful later only it is accountable for early - mid game.
Mercury's Treads: This item gives you the power to runaway and tenacity to utilize your ability to stay alive.
Ghostblade: This is a fairly good item for armor penetration and for cooldown reduction. Self Explanatory.
Infinity Edge: 4 is your limit. You are going to want to maximize your chance of criting. It also gives a decent amount of attack damage but sadly it does not stack. But who gives a fuq!
Mercy (Passive): Talon deals 10 / 15 / 20% more damage with his basic attacks to any target that is slowed, stunned, immobilized, or suppressed.
Cutthroat: Talon leaps behind his target and silences them for 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 /3 second(s), amplifying the damage of his basic attacks and abilities by 15% for 2 seconds.
Range - 700
Cost - 50 mana
Cooldown - 6 seconds
Noxian Diplomacy: Talon viciously stabs his enemy, dealing 45 / 70 / 95 / 120 / 145 (+1.0 per attack damage) physical damage and causing them to leave a blood trail for 8 seconds.
Range - 325
Cost - 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 mana
Cooldown - 5 seconds
Rake: Talon fans out three blades in a cone in front of him that quickly return, dealing 30 / 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 (+0.8 per attack damage) physical damage and slowing any target hit in either direction by 20 / 27.5 / 35 / 42.5 / 50 % for 4 seconds.
Range - 700
Cost - 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 mana
Cooldown - 9 seconds
Shadow Assault (Ultimate): Talon enters stealth for 3 seconds, gaining 20 / 25 / 30% bonus movement speed and sending blades that deal 225 / 350 / 475 (+0.6 per attack damage) physical damage to all enemies in their path flying in every direction. Once the blades reach a certain distance, they pause and form a circle. When Talon reappears from stealth, the blades return to him, once again dealing 225 / 350 / 475 (+0.6 per attack damage) physical damage to any opponent they pass through.
Radius of AoE - 525
Cost - 140 mana
Cooldown - 120 / 105 / 90 seconds
Here are some basic Talon combos I learned:
Quickie: Noxian Diplomacy > Cutthroat > Rake > Ulti (A quick kill with great Succession)
Hit & Run: Cutthroat > Ulti > Run (Bust your ulti and run into an empty route)
Secure of Kill (works very well on squishies): Noxian Diplomacy > Cutthroat > Rake > Auto > Auto > Ulti > Wait 2 - 3 Secs (cooldown) > Ulti > Auto > Noxian Diplomacy > Rake (If you don't get a kill from this... TT.TT)
Raid: Cutthroat > Noxian Diplomacy > Ulti > Rake (You are gonna give most people the WTF moment)
Surprise!: Cutthroat > Ulti > Noxian Diplomacy > Rake
Exhaust: You use this to catch up to your runaway convict.
Flash: You will need this because sometimes when you find yourself in a tough situation where you have to use your ulti to get away. And when you do that some people in this game are amazing guessers for some reason and they find you in your escape route and when your ulti reveals your location you better pray you get out safely. Well flash basically maximizes your chance of survival because that extra two inches will guarantee no one will catch up to you.
Ex. There might be a time where you bust out your ulti and try to escape because you have like 150 hp left and what happens if a Jax jumps on you? Or a Master uses his ulti? You use flash. :DD

What is amazing about talon is that he has the ability to burst so hardcore that even turrets can't even fuq him over. That being said if your team is feeling like a lil pussie, you just go in to show them who's boss. Note: Only initiate if their health is below 50% because you want to guarantee your success rate of taking them down.
Something else to realize is to estimate your opponents' laning presence. It is extremely difficult to lane with champions that can pulverize you to bits in a few seconds.
A primary suspect would be Blitzcrank. That BTCH and his FUQING jerk off hand really is a pain in the *** when he grabs your d1ck and start jerking you off, and then next thing you know, an Akali comes out of nowhere and start to jerk you off as well. And by the time you know it you're dead. Sorry for the crude language. So basically to counter this,
you need to do this
(Serpentine Pattern :DD)
Just basically run around like a snake. That's right run like Will Ferrell from Land of the Lost!

Farming with Talon is very good. He has the ability to reset his attack attire with Noxian Diplomacy. Which is also a very nice nuke to take down minions with 60% health or less. So make sure you take advantage of that. But do not overuse it because then your mana will deplete at a constant rate.
Also it is important to realize that if you come too close to a hoard of minions, the enemy team might take that chance and hit you hard. That is why it is important to keep a safe distance and go in whenever it is safe.
You gotta learn how to synchronize with your laning partner. Communicate with him/her, learn when he/she uses their skills. That is the key to an early turret. Do not leave your partner and gank. Only do so if necessary. The faster you get that turret down, the faster you can help your other teammates push.
