What do you think about Sudden Impact instead of Cheap Shot? same 4s cooldown, but 6 magic penetration and 7 lethality for 5 seconds after every e should equate to more than 45 damage every 4s against slowed targets, right? Even if you only get one w and one aa off after your jump, its a good boost, if you're able to use your w again or even ult then you're dealing way more damage, right?
