Rock solid build man. The only difference for me is that I purchase my Archangels before my rod of ages, and I purchase Ionian cooldown boots instead of Sorc's. But I really love what you've done with the guide and everything :) It has helped me out a lot when i'm playing Zilean.

This is the guide I've been using since first learning Zilean. Since I only have tier 1 CDR runes I buy the cooldown boots instead of the sorcerers shoes.

I've been skipping the Rod of Ages and just building the Archangels ASAP and then late game I build the Rabadon's. but I think I'm going to start getting it instead since the items it builds with are pretty cheap. And *if* I'm doing mid I usually buy a doran's ring to start off with but otherwise I take the meki +2 health potions.

the defeat was due to bad team, not me, I swear :)

only bad part about playing zilean (or supports in general) is that in solo queues you are often unloved. in that 4/4/13 game an olaf on my team called me a newb cuz I had a score of 4/4. neglecting my assists and said they don't matter. ahh..people.

Been using this build a lot lately, everything works well. Levels 1-6 are terrible though.. 1 stun and pretty much dead.

What changes would you make to this build after the Frozen Heart/Glacial Shroud nerf?
