A little help with my Evelynn build.

I've been trying Nashor's tooth (good CDR + Atk Speed), Rylai's Scepter, or say Void staff. I have no idea. Does anyone have any advice for the last two items? Also I have about 7000 Ip saved up for level 20. I plan on buying Red Magic Pen, Blue CDR, and Yellow Mana regen. If anyone has any advice here, feel free to state so. My real question is when it comes to quints. I had planned on buying AP quints, but I was thinking. If I get movespeed quints I can get Sorcerors Shoes without a problem and do more damage. That seems preferable to buying AP quints and Boots of Mobility. Once again any advice appreciated. Thanks to everyone who read this far ^ ^.[/quote]
