Yea they over nerfed it. It may very well be useless now. That AD and lifesteal reduction was mean. UNIQUE would have been enough I think.

I just think 20 AD was a massive hit.
Maybe 5-10 AD and 5 life steal, 5-10 AP and 5 spellvamp.
