Yeah I am around 1300 myself and god, people there are terrible. However every team sport begins with an individual, so always look at your own mistakes. You have no control over other people, anyways.

It doesn't exist.
Everyone who starts ranked is 1200 elo; regardless of skill. So the few people who play 1000 normal games before starting ranked will suffer from the 80 normal win guys who rush into ranked. Hence, there is a sense of elo hell but as I said: its far more different then ppl think.

0-14 AD gragas.... just.. why...
0-13 Morde who started with 13 health pots... again... why.
multiple players going for "touchdowns" for no point... being damaged and closely chased so it wasn't to try and give the turret a kills instead of a champion.
a AFK or Leaver in what seems like 75% of my games forcing a 4v5.
not *****ing or moaning, i mean i know i'm not the only person who has these problems. i just wanted to point out that elo hell is a real thing. just not to the extreme that a lot of people try and claim.
