Annie in competitive play is hard engage with some decent burst damage, while Brand is a higher damage support who basically plays like a harass mage with how much damage his harass does. A Brand with Rylai's and Liandry's can take off approximately 50% of a carry's HP with [[pillar of flame]] and passive (assuming they start at full HP for max Liandry's damage).[/quote]
