Well, a good way would just be to add people in-game after a game is over. The other is just to take part in the LoL community (MOBAFire, Solomid, etc) and ask around, see who responds.
1. Acquire Diamond
2. Add every diamond you see in the game
3. Tell them that you wanna smurf
4. Make a team when your smurfs are lvl 30
5. ????
6. Profit.
And there are many sites for people to communicate. The official forums and community forums are probably the best bet. Then there are the League of Legends *insertcountryhere* club/group/communities. There you can find people who speak your own language. Finnish site is lol.fi if I remember right and you can look for partner or people for your team on the forums.

Firstly I'm making this for a friend of mine, he currently plays in Challenger on EUW (mostly Mid-Lane) and has been looking for a team to play with but is finding it hard, not sure where to look, things like that.
He also has good experience, he was professional in a different game back in 2010, attended some ESL, MLG and Blizzard tournaments (I know none of that matters when it comes to LoL (it wasn't the same genre), although I think it helps considering I think playing on Stream, on a stage in front of an audience is a very unique experience, one that's difficult to have experience in.
So any advice on how I can help him find a team? Is it good to look here? Is there a place for it?
