Well check for the next rotation they should be announced pretty early.
Also, I used to know that feel. But now I have every champion and am sitting on thousands of IP D:

yeah it sucks when that happens but the longer you play the less it it happens due to already owning more champions

Buy them on sale, or if you don't have the money stack IP and forget about freeweekchamps for anything other than getting acquainted with a new champ.

i used to watch free weeks constantly, now i just ignore them because i have almost half the champions and i either hate or dont care about the other half
