She feels the same early game, but her late game is slightly improved, she can manage to slap some bulk into her build without doing next to no damage.
I like the changes - it's not like she was the best caster ever before this anyway...
I'd personally rate Swain/TF/Malz/Anivia/Vlad (first 5 that came to mind, and are in no particular order either! I could think of more if I wanted to...) over her post and pre-buff. They're just better picks imo.
