Not really. It's only natural, the less you play the worse you get right? Your skill doesn't improve, it stagnates therefore you'll probably be playing a t a lower level than if you had played more constantly.

Yea if you played a lot and got a 2k ELO then quit for 6 months and came back only to get matched with people of that skill level, you'd most likely get owned.
