Ok, she's out and she seems ridiculously OP right now. Most likely won't hit live in current numbers.
Not crying about anything, just analyzing numbers and effects.
Passive in insane in teamfight/skirmishes, seems cool.
Q has the switch drawback, if it didn't would be insane. Also seems to offer different build paths. Tear or some other mana regen stuff should do wonders for this.
W is OP. 6 sec CD with a 1.4 AD ratio and 1450 range plus 70% slow for 2 secs AND reveals target. Who on earth let this get out?
E is OP. It's effectively a wall that lasts 5 secs that damages AND roots for 1.5 secs PLUS 340 base damage. 16 sec CD not enough.
R is OP. Global execute with up to 500 damage plus % missing health on a base 60 sec CD.
