mobility, if she is out of line we will fix her in the future for sure"
So basically JINX will more likely keep these high numbers or have little
nerfs to them - Had already some discussion that it's 100% sure she will
be nerfed quite a bit before release, but I guess not.
TL;DR - Play Jinx after release and gain free elo. That's my plan anyways.
