Wondering math wise which is better?

From what i have read im not 100% sure. Running 9 armor will reduce more dmg than running say 4 armor and 5 hp seals later in game if its physical.

So im not really sure what best choices are right now.

I have seen some adc's still run all 9 armor some rune 4 armor with 5 hp and some run 5 armor with 4 hp.
