What I still don't get is why pick such stupidly obvious targets of hacking? Why not pick something subtle but powerful; say, 20 points into the +ward vision, or maybe 26 points into the Hp5 mastery? Something that will make a big difference but can't be easily checked or figured out.

at level 18, ignite does 410 true damage. combining that with the reduced healing, thats already really good.
having ignite stack would be stupidly ******ed, because 5 ignites strung together would be 2050 true damage.
