I remember back in the day when Doublelift used to play Blitzcrank. I believe that Blitzcrank has a rather high skillcap, as you have to know when to pull, who to pull, and where to use it, and of course, when to GTFO <3

Games you play against or with a blitzcrank will always be one sided. Either he will be an invaluable asset to your team, or he will he a liability to yours (same goes for your opponents). I would say that he is more volatile than other supports, but also less reliable.
