I was mostly referring to his late game in the OP
and I have settled down a bit. I was pretty mad at a ranked game earlier this week and I mad Blitz teh target (sorry man) because he caused me so much trouble. I know he isn't OP, but life andt he game threw a lot at me and I dropped everything.

Well, it's not Blitz's inherent nature to be OP. If you can't land the Q on the proper target, he's useless. If you kite away from his melee range, his E is useless. His W is a speed buff, counter with CC. His ulti does decent burst damage and has low CD, but not many people like Blitz AP, it seems.
All in all, his skills are counterable for the most part. This just makes him one big meat shield... well, metal shield.
So, not inherently OP, just depends on the skill of the player and also a little bit of luck.

He's not OP in the slightest. Inherently or otherwise; he simply has easily chainable CC. If you're a moron playing Blitz, you can still land the combo, the issue/reason Blitz isn't OP in the slightest deals with the fact you have to KNOW the right time to land your grab/ when to charge in with your knock up etc.
OP implies the champion is heavily unbalanced to the extent his/her kit enables them to have an unfair advantage. EX: Darius' ultimate initially had a grace period that could reset the ultimate if they weren't killed with it. That lead to easily "snowballyable" penta kills in team fights.
Blitz relies heavily on judgement, a good Blitz player is easily distinguishable from a bad one.
So in short, no he is not OP (by my definition of OP)

Just stay between your carry and him (preferable a burst carry like Corki or Graves) and, if he thinks it's a good idea to grab you, let him force the fight, just Dazzle and Shatter their carry and let your do the rest. The CC wasted on you as well as their carry's early intention to do you in will be their doom.
Eventually, he'll be too scared to try initiating unless their jungler is coming or you're dying.

People have already stated their cases and to be honest, I was in an emotional downward spiral of death when I created this thread. My ELO was dropping like a rock in the river and I was having a hard time with my job. This thread shouldn't exist. it was made out of rage and I directed it at a champ that pissed me off in a rnaked game. That being said it was a damned good Blitz with a good team to take advantage of his balanced, albeit surprising, pulls that took me away from a tower several times.
