Since they only give 50% more they're not worth it compared to how much they aid you in the lane.

The price of a rune is irrelevant.

Except for MrP, AP everything is pretty meh after early.
(MrP not rly worth it on Quints since you´ll get yourself MrP boots and Abyssal/Void if necassary on most caster)
