Any champ will work very well, Thresh is roflstomp.

Most effective I guess would be any ADC with high burst or DPS with some CC.

Thresh+ Graves is my favorite. Such badassery.

Thresh+ Draven is incredible early game pressure and could snowball out of control fast.

I think that works better with Thresh as the ADC. Those AAs are insane.
