I have the same problem Status: Transfer failed. You will be able to continue playing in the current region(Europe Nordic and East.) Your account balance has not been debited. Your account has not been activated on the new region (Europe West.)

Ok i have the same error so i wrote to the League OF Leggends support and thats what they wrote me

I've been looking into this issue and it appears we are getting a large amount of traffic on our transfer systems which is why you are receiving this error. I suggest you keep trying until it lets you through. If you continue to experience this issue please let me know. In the mean time I'll go ahead and keep this ticket open.

When I try to transfer my current account to EU West I get this error:
