Shouldn't be possible! Since it doesn't allow you to create an account on one server if the login is used at the other!

More like central EU with England, France, Germany , Netherland, Belgium Switzerland and Austria as they set the biggest part of the players and rest. Also the servers will get names of sponsores so the NA will be named Coca Cola Subway starbucks while the Eu gets stuff like Sony and stuff.
