there are usually people who are willing to answer those questions anyway. we have general league of legends guides, a MOBAFire LoL wiki (as well as the actual LoL wiki) and any problems they have with coding and such are posted in support or database.
if people have been here for a while they basically know what to do. we can't do anything about the newer ones 'cept help them and inform them about all the other places that they could find the answers too.

The idea would be having a thread with these questions numbered, and whenever someone posted them you could just type the link, write "number 13" and after a day or two just lock and move. Small discussions on mentioned stuff could take place on that thread anyway.
