Without a doubt tryndamere. If you feed him at all, it's basically an insta-loss for your team. his crits completely obliterate any non-tank in about 3 seconds and he doesn't really have to use his ult.

Let's take AP Sion... If he gets fed early game, even 11-0, end game will be hard for him. (This happened with me, we still won playing against a fed opponent... and it wasn't hard)
