I only know Fnatic from my time in CS 1.6 when I played competitively, and this behavior does really strike me as shocking.
Hopefully Fnatic as an organization didn't actually want this to happen, I know Fnatic is usually very professional about what happens with their players.

To participate, you needed 3 people on your team from Germany (if I read the forum right), so they had a Polish person go on his German friend's account, thus cheating the system.

History is the fiction we invent to persuade ourselves that events are knowable and that life has order and direction. That's why events are always reinterpreted when values change. We need new versions of history to allow for our current prejudices.

I liked Fnatic a lot, they were my favorite EU team. I am very disappointed. Ringer is an imposter, usually in sports, games, etc. That nidalee owned them.
