Hi guys,
Do you know any games that help you improve your mouse reflexes or abilities?
Like for example Osu! (Just to name one)
This is important for some LoL roles like ADC!
What do you think?

I was about to name Osu! until I read that you're already aware of it.

Also, it's usually more effective to just play the game in order to improve rather than some other game.

I'm pretty sure SC2 would help with roles like marksman.
SC2 deals with a lot of microing.

Somewhat. If you're playing Terran and you go bio often, then you will damn well know how to stutter step as an adc, but even then stutter stepping isn't a very difficult skill and it requires 0 mouse accuracy (right click, a-click, repeat).

SC2 doesn't require much precision compared to league (skillshots are less abundant in SC2 and single-target selection isn't as important in SC2). Expect 0 skills from SC2 to transfer over into your league play.

Any FPS in general, but the more difficult the maneuvering and targeting the better. Moving the camera, finding precise points on screen, and multi-tasking that with button presses is everything in an FPS, and just as much so, if not more, in LoL.

Plus, twitch-aim translates pretty well to stutter-stepping and camera control, IMO. When I learned it, I realized I was just doing the same twich-aim movement over and over again.
If you want to help me, teach me.

Agree! Play some FPS games (multiplayer will be better than singleplayer I think).

It lets you focus your attention on different areas of the screen, at the same time.
