From what i've seen from my brother and watching streams/pros either the jungle or the support say the time of the respawning camp. You dont need software to tell you when it spawns...is it that hard to add 5 minutes to the current time to know the blue buff spawns?

Pretty much what has been said. Look at timer, add time for each camp. If you want to do this but don't know times, you can get mobile or PC apps that do that for you and remind you when they spawn.

This is true. I know there are a couple of jungle timers on the Android marketplace, not too sure about Apple.
