With some thoughtful mana management he's a pest to anything melee. Hell, go solo top get yourself an early Sheen and do a Flagstrike+Passive+Sheen proc, after that you can retreat with your slowshield. Sums up for 268+6% enemy HP raw dmg on lvl 3 with rank 1 strike and flag, not including runes/masteries.[/quote]
