Hi there, welcome aboard!
I was going to say we had one back in the day, but apparently it's still being maintained! https://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/lol-essentials-league-of-legends-new-player-beginner-guide-371292
It's been a while since I read it but I believe it covers the absolute basics and doesn't spend much time going in-depth (which I think suits it well since it's aimed at absolute newcomers). I don't think there's a guide on MF that specifically covers what comes next.
There's quite the gap between the forums community and the guides community, so I'm not sure if you'll get much relevant response here. I myself would be interested in a guide that covers more advanced topics in a general way (I rank low gold).

I realized that there isn't really a general guide that covers the fundamentals of league (what I mean by this is from basic stuff such as farming and objectives to advanced fundamentals such as wave manipulation), so I'm wondering if there is an interest in this area as I'm planning on writing a guide that not only covers the general fundamentals of League, but also the fundamentals and unique mechanics of each lane and role. I've been in every division of League from Bronze 5 to Challenger, and I have played and coached competitive league for my university's team before. I believe that I should have a good understanding of the fundamentals of League and what it entails, as I could track my improvement as a player from picking up and mastering fundamentals at different skill levels. I believe that writing such a guide would allow players to track their progress somewhat, and be able to identify new fundamentals to work on on top of mastering the fundamentals that they may already have. However, this may not be what the community wants/needs which is why I'm asking this question.
Thank you for your time!
