I just noticed ever since her last buff she has rased alot in rankings. 4th highest win ratio for this week and 5 if you go by month. Shes just below amumu which for some reason dominates solo que seems to have highest chance of winning then eve and zyra for ranked solo then mf.

She probably is. For me, in 3 out of 5 normal matches there's always a MF on the enemy team. She was and still is my main ADC pre and post buff. Her ulti's damage is a lot harder to avoid now and because of it's huge range it takes some time walking out and by then your probably dead or hurt A LOT. I can see why there are more MF players now.

MF has always been fine. She has an extremely strong pressence in the lane and transitions well into mid/late game. I wouldn't consider her top cause of her lack of an escape, but she's good.

If your play well and right you dont need an escape other than flash and her passive.

She never stopped being a tournament viable champion (imo). People simply preferred having built in escapes.
