Well question is the Title, is it?
I like to read, i read a lot, in my Freetime i read Visual Novels like "G Senjou no Maou", everything "Type-Moon" related or "Demon Bane" for example, i also like to read interesting World/Fantasysettings in general a good example for this is Touhou or Nasuverse. I also like to read Fantasybooks, but not so often anymore, since i was used to wait 30+min before School began because of my Bus+the drive with the Bus was 30 min anyways but now i live near my School...
Well back to the maintopic, when i read topics like http://eune.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=346200 that one the question comes up, is it worth the time to get into the Lore of League of Legends? Is it "complex" enough? Exciting, sad moments n stuff? Moments where you say "just wow" or where you try to determine whos the strongest of the League based on the Lore?(i think jax it is?)...so D:?

As far as I know there's not much of it except for the 'story' section of champion profiles, which is generally worth reading if you like the champion, and the Journal of Justice, which is more like a newspaper of events in the world than a real story. I usually read it when it says there's a new one.

I'm assuming you mean the official Riot lore rather than fan created stuff.

Also, Renekton Bot's fanfiction is the best thing ever created by man.

The only lore I've read was Vladimir's, and I didn't even finish.

I dont think they are too interesting. I've read some things that I wanted to know how it ended, but LoL's lore isnt that charming.

The story of Nunu & Willump, Ashe and Tryndamere was very good.

Otherwise, not very interesting. You should play League of Legends, not read something, that isn't important.
