Basically you go around the map ganking and gaining some exp on a lane for a while, then you keep moving. It's essentially like a jungler except you dont kill the jungle creeps, instead you earn exp by being in a lane for a while.

Jarvan i feel is underestimated, charge into top lane with q + e IF they get away, just ult after they've flashed.

No sane person underestimates Jarvan.

But he's not a good roamer, because he wants items. Nunu, Janna, Taric, or Ali don't give a damn.
