i read the Rain Man's roam tier list - he mostly says "alistar is the best, next are Janna and Taric, and the rest aren't that great." it wasn't very helpful, to be honest.

I roam Garen and Poppy very frequently. It's actually the only way I play Poppy. Garen I 2v1 if I HAVE to.

He's kinda right though.
Eve and Twitch SHOULD roam, but they still aren't as awesome as Ali, Taric and Janna tho.

I don't see singed anywhere on the list :O

I have a friend who plays a beast singed and just pretty much roams all game without knowing that he's doing it.

Singed could actually be a really good roamer. But he's a little dependent on farm.
