You shouldn't jungle because the person stuck with two people up top will probably feed.And it is hard to jungle without proper runes and masteries.But if you get a champ that doesn't need runes and masteries to jungle, i.e fiddlesticks,warwick and you are with somebody who can 2v1 than you should jungle
