Any tips? Playing as a standard ranged carry against Malzahar, I find that it's extremely difficult to get past the sheer amount of harass he can throw out.

against malzahar you can really only poke at him. If you get close enough to auto attack him that is too close. TBH when i play carries, I just farm because i know i can out last hit most opponents, and i win out in the late game.

ya i main mid vlad and hes one of the 4 champs i cant steamroll, you just gotta get early kills/ganks off him; or just try to farm till you can get your build rolling, hes a amazing counter to most mids and hes probably the biggest pain in my... well you know. also side note iv noticed if you think you can get him after he blows out his moves the new exhust cripples his damage output immensely.

Harass him harder than he can harass you. In general his cooldowns won't be up and if you don't successfully harass him before level 6, as far as laning goes it'll be hard. Of course keeping up in last hits is always important.

Obviously casters would have an easier time against him, but I recently had difficulty getting past a Malzahar playing as Kog'Maw in mid. Granted, I was having a really bad day too, as that game would later become the third consecutive game I lost today with a four-man premade... T_T

I think LeBlanc is 1 of the best encounters. Her burst is so annoying, fast and strong. You can't do a **** against her.

~Try Yi :P before lvl 6 he shouldnt be much of a problem.

or just stick to farming and leave him alone, or ask for a gank? This is a team game anyway :P
