With the release of season 11 item remake there were a few champions who made too much use out of certain items..... so riot nerfs the item despite the fact 90% of users are not a problem...

On the other hand, I have to atleast give them ALITTLE credit by nerfing yas and yone directly, rather than gutting the item itself.
