Mushrooms. Not Teemo. He is negligible. His mushrooms however... grrrr.
and ANY champ who can effective backdoor like stupid. It is WORSE than Vlad. You could be a horrible mouse clicking monkey with a sloth's reaction time and carpel tunnel on top of your arthritis and still be able to backdoor effectively with certain creatures. I hate them all. You can completely dominate their team all game and "poof" behind you is someone killing turret or two or inhibitor. A win using that strategy just feels dirty to me. I will take it... but it is... lacking.

Rumble's not OP because of the flame thrower CD. It's the ult that gets you.
A wall slow that does a ton of damage in a screen sized area on a CD of about 30 seconds... Balanced...Yea right.
