Is it possible to move the LoL patch from one computer to another computer? or do i have to download 3 gb of patch with 100 kb/s download speed?

You can copy whole lol folder and transfer it wherever you want.

Personally I only copy the RADS folder. It's still a lot to transfer, but if you have a big enough device it's faster than downloading it all again. You'll still have a minor download after you copy it, but it's a sweet middle point between copying the whole folder and only a part.

(Plus, I think the customisations are outside the RADS folder)

EDIT: Whoops, wrote this while in the loading screen and didn't notice the necro. Sorry!
