Nasus' Siphoning Strike states the following:
Siphoning Strike permanently gains 3 damage whenever it kills an enemy. However, I get 3 damage only for my first kill, then it's 1 per kill after that. Is this normal, has Nasus been nerfed? Or am I doing something wrong?

It should get 3 per kill all the way through, are you sure you saw correctly? Otherwise post a bug in Riot forums =)

I played him either today or yesterday and my Q was fine. Maybe it's just a visual glitch?
