that annoying as **** pounce on 3 seconds. deals 125 / 175 / 225 (+0.4 per ability power) aoe damage.
lastly a cone swipe that does 150 / 225 / 300 (+0.2 per ability power) damage on a 6(3.6) cd.
if she didn't have this 'high skill cap' then she would have been nerfed a long time ago. she she should have been nerfed before but as she's fotm she needs it.

OK added the ratios, should be good now.
Oh and also, GP's heal has a much higher base than Soraka's because
A. He can only use it on himself
B. It has a long CD
C. It scales with something GP doesn't use (usually)
