Graves changes I knew of was the eventual "Marksman gameplay update", which sounded more like a change to items rather than to ADC's themselves. Apparently it's both, and Graves's rework is even more drastic than the Mordekaiser rework, and I had no idea he was getting any kit changes at all until the preseason changes announcement.
I doubt Graves will be as good a mid laner as he is currently (which is already not strong enough to be recognized and picked up by any pros as of yet). Part of what makes Graves mid strong is he has way higher attack speed than any mages and way higher AA damage than any mages, and can still out-trade almost any spell with Buckshot with the help of True Grit. His new auto-attacks really limit how much he can abuse his stronger auto-attacks (even though they are even stronger now), and rip attack speed advantage. It might still be viable'ish, at least in some matchups, but it's a completely different playstyle to what makes current Graves mid so fun for me.
ADC. Lucian mid doesn't have anywhere near as many good matchups as Graves does, and even then I don't think he's ever actually a good pick. And even my Graves guide was just going to be for ADC.

from the numbers i saw on the pbe, ap MF is basically untouched. (unless they actually did remove the base damage from ult and that wasn't a documentation error)

They changed the damage from magic to physical, that's a pretty big nerf.
